Calender in MS Bookings

We implemented MS Bookings for a Travel Shop. In the calender ( in Bookings) of the manager all appointments are 2 hours earlier then in her outlook calender. The outlook time is the correct time. Also the time in the calender of the customer is correct as is the time in the communication emails. How can we change this?

You probably need to change the time zone. Go to Bookings, select the mailbox in question, select Booking page on the left, click Change language and time zone settings.
