Bug - No access to Microsoft Bookings

Since a week I am unable to access Microsoft Bookings through the web interface (https://portal.office.com/). When I click the Bookings-icon only the Outlook ??? icon is displayed (see attached screenshot). No error message(s).

 

Access to the Bookings-app on my iPhone is working fine.

How do I resolve this situation?
