Best O365 tool or SharePoint app for a project template?

I have an old school excel workbook which has a series of sheets in it. Each one is a template that needs to be used and a summary of what's on each sheet is put on the front page, which is set to print out as an A3.

 

I'm looking for a way to put this directly into SharePoint or an O365 app. Simply using the workbook in Excel online isn't an option I'm keen on because a) I'll have to rebuild it with reduced functionality so it will work online and b) it still looks a lot like a clunky excel workbook and I want something more user friendly.

 

Any ideas welcome.
