automatic encrypt mails

End-users now have the encrypt option in the options tab in Outlook 

Can I offer this to be done automatically by creating a DLP rule that does this automatic if sensitive data is in the mail?   (to provide this to End-users that forgets to encrypt it) 

is there a how-to?
