@Kelvin_KO_Lai_1437 Hello, you can deploy M365 app for enterprise (formerly O365 ProPlus) using different approaches.

As I don't know how you've done it I'm attaching a couple of links.

Plan your enterprise deployment of Microsoft 365 Apps
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/plan-microsoft-365-apps

Configuration options for the Office Deployment Tool
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/office-deployment-tool-configuration-options

Administrative Template files (ADMX/ADML) and Office Customization Tool for Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Office 2019, and Office 2016

You should use both ODT and ADMX to make it smooth for the end-users.

This is a pretty old article I just want to highlight as how you can use them

Good luck!

@ChristianBergstrom thank you for your reply, in my situation, office 365 is already successfully deploy to end user by using Office Deployment Tool, but when user try to launch one of office module, such as word, excel or powerpoint at the first time, it will pop up the following windows to request the product key, if I close this windows, it will pop up another windows to ask me to sign in my email account, after that, it will successful activate, I'm using office E3 license, I want to skip this activate step Capture.PNG

@Kelvin_KO_Lai_1437 OK, I understand. How does you environment look like? Can I see your ODT configuration file? Are any GPO's set?

Can I see this info as well?

cscript.exe "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

Which model do you use?
