Approvals in Power Automate

Hey all,

 

I'm trying to create in flow in Power Automate that has users fill out a Form and then send approval requests to managers. The problem with the flow I have created is that when the manager gets the approval request, none of the data from the Form is displayed. I played around with putting the information in the "Details" of the Approval, but it doesn't display nicely in the email and all my formatting attempts have failed.

 

Is there any way to neatly display the information from the Form, and included it in the approval email (either directly in the email or as an attachment)?
