Good Morning,
We have an admin that will be leaving our organization at the end of the month. She has been the one to create pretty much all of the divisions monthly, weekly meetings/appointments in Outlook (from her Calendar).
With her leaving, what is the best way to move or reassign those meetings/appointments? There are Conference Rooms associated with those requests as well.

It's probably best to recreate them, as you will not be able to make any changes to them going forward if the account that created them originally is not available. And there is no functionality to "assign" meetings to a different organizer.
