we have a serious problem with one of our Office365 accounts:
The user has integrated his account via ActiveSync on a Google Pixel 4 (other devices also tested, same problem). The contacts are loaded and then the contacts are duplicated out of the blue. Countless contacts appear double, triple, quadruple (but always identical) on the phone. In Outlook or in OWA the duplicates do not arrive. We already tried deleting accounts from the device and setting them up again, setting up accounts on other devices and removing mobile phone connection from the ActiveSync overview in the OWA. Unfortunately all without success. On each device the duplication starts again.
