One of my office365 users account is getting locked as he is sending lot of emails to external users. i have referred the Microsoft article for message limits, what are the possible ways user can send emails, one is Distribution list, is there any other way to send emails, the user uses mail merge to send emails. I am using exchange hybrid environment, if i create DL in office365 will the user can manage the DL
