22 Days and Still no support

I have had to post on my friends behalf as he is locked out of his business account so cannot post anything. He has been locked out of his office 365 business account for 22 days and for 22 days we have contacted Microsoft over 30 times by phone and in excess of 25 times by replying to the support ticket. He needs the data protection team to help him access his account as his Authenticator is no longer linked to his account. Even Microsoft support have stopped replying. How is it possible to get some support??
