We have found:

If Person A has entitlement to Visio, logs in and sign into Visio, then logs out. Person B logs into same laptop, but has no entitlement to Visio, however is still able to use Visio as it assigned to Person A.

 

Why does it not pick up that a different user has logged in ?

 

Does it take some time for it to realise?

@MikeH40 Hi Mike,

The Office/Visio license that get installed on the machine is a device license and licenses Visio for any user that logs on to the device. 

 

We are slowly rolling out the licensing improvements and once the improvements are fully rolled out, Person B will no longer be able to use Visio.
