URL Needs unblocking

The tools gives url needs unblocking even when there is not firewall or any proxy.

Any Idea what might be wrong?

@Ninoslav Kostovski thank you for the feedback. This is a known issue for us where some of the test FQDNs we use to test wildcards are not valid for testing. You should ignore these errors from these specific FQDNs.

@Paul Andrew Would be nice if you fixed this. I just wasted hours troubleshooting this.

@Paul Andrew I'm having this issue too. Some URLs are blocked. My Teams when connected to Cisco VPN doesn't work. I have configured my VPN with Split-Tunnel.

getting similar errors - all but one are resolvable and they all redirect to the man portal.office.com site, so the firewall is not blocking them and the last one in the list doesn't seem to have a dns entry which is public.

Thanks for this Tools.

I have tested today (from Denmark) both w/wo Firewall active (also on PC WIN10) and from EDGE Browser.
All my setup = OK :)
But in the "Connectivity" still URL blocking in TCP test = same as William.
I can go to all url via the browser.

@Carsten Godiksen thanks for the feedback. Can you specify the URLs you are seeing connectivity issues with and would you be able to share the output from curl -v to each URL at approx the same time? -- Paul

Hi. First of all, excuse my long response time.

 

I found some "changes" in my test today:

 

Test:

DNS = 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

I have clear DNS, buffers in Browsers before all testing. Check correct DNS, MAX Speedtest = OK

Test with EDGE and Chrome= all updated

.Net and Windows 10 also updated.

No problems with test tools ref: www.azurespeed.com

No problems with App: Speedtest to different locactions in my country or locations near MS Azure locations / providers found in my reports (Europe).

Checked DNS routing with Cloudflare DNS test and speed tools = OK

 

 

1) Today 370 test before 371 test

 

2) Jitter: In Teams in EDGE >30mS and Chrome 12-18 mS!.

  • No issues with Jitter in CQD tools for this week, (Teams connections as 1:1 and to Server (Meetings). Both Connections to users  and meetings in ASIA, Europe and US)

3) But I found: This tool don´t like my Firewall active with "Geo IP filtering", in test of "Connectivity"...

  • Enable: "TCP connection" stops ref. to my document" (No reports from users and/or in daily user of 0365. And no alarm from Firewall)
  • Disable: No blocking and "All connectivity tests passed"

For the FQDN account.office.net, this is an error and we will correct it.
