Running connectivity analyzer from our environment it shows a long list of URLs we should unblock proxy authentication for. I could not find any documentation regarding and we have network setup based on the endpoint list and categories, Microsoft provides. Meaning that only URLs which can go through proxy - goes through proxy and others go directly to Microsoft. Not sure whether we have any issues with performance, but if everything is set up correctly I would expect not to see such warnings.
