We have two different types of VPN's used in our organization; ZScaler and Citrix.
The primary one in use in ZScaler and the split tunneling works as advertised and users experience no problems when using M365/Teams. Network connectivity tests run in the Network Insights portal appear accurate.
The Citrix VPN is for a specific sub-set of users and is configured for split-tunneling. When network connectivity tests are run in Network Insights, however, the results are different even though I've been told that it has been configured correctly.
Is there anyone who has both VPN's and gets different results when running the tests?
