Good afternoon all,
With the new Forms features in Teams our users are chomping at the bit and we're really keen to let then start using Forms to ward of requests for Zoom etc.
However the governance information just doesn't seem to be there, details are really foggy around where exactly the data is stored (technically not geographically) and there doesn't seem to be any retention settings or any way to easily eDiscover the content.
Really keen to speak to anyone who has confronted this in their organisation and how these risks were mitigated and ever more keen to make contact with a member of the Forms Team in Microsoft.
