Hello! I can state with confidence that Microsoft is capable of this but as a user I am not yet able to do this myself. I have run tests and am established upon Azure's cloud but as I am attempting to live my life and the issues I face, volunteer, enjoy interest such as gaming and art, and hobbies like learning how to do this and teaching my homeschool these issues.
