connectivity.office.com: Questions around the advanced tests

One of my clients want to know which IP Addresses, DNS-Names, TCP- and UDP-Ports must be whitelisted to download the software that is used for the advanced tests.

Why is the software delivered only that way (by IE or classic Edge)? Why is there no software package with a setup.exe?

Is the software for the advanced tests open source? If yes, can you please link to the Github repo?

@Robert K You have to have access to connectivity.office.com. The source code for the advanced tests is not open source.

It's a proof of concept and we have not built out installers that will support a large variety of clients at this time.
