Bad Network Latency at Microsoft Data Centers

We have collected several Connectivity reports using https://connectivity.office.com and the data shown that high latency occurred very much at the Microsoft data centres.

@HNWONG2020 Microsoft internal network topology includes some technology that does not report ICMP latency accurately but will show the destination latency for intermediary nodes. This may be contributing to the numbers you are seeing.
