Show calendar to guest user

Hi all, this is my first visit :)


i have this situation: in this time there is a project that involve 5 my colleagues. One of them will go in vacations and he will be replaced from an external person.

This external person for 2 weeks must organize meeting with the other 4 internal people. In order to do that , he need to see the calendar of the other 4 person to pick-up the period when they are free.


How can i do that?  Actually  the internal person that will go in vacations is using "New meeting poll" from Outlook . Can the external person use the same tool from his own user?
