Hi,

I am trying to a shared calendar for all the organizations. for that I have created a shared mailbox 

There are two issues 

1) one thing in web I can't add the shared calendar . 

we does not recognize the newly created  shared mailbox 

2) user can send email  to the shared mailbox, so all the people are getting the email 

3)How to stop users sending mail from the shared mailbox

Thanks for the reply . As I Understand it is not a shared mailbox .I was asking about shared mailbox .
The problem is with licensed user mailbox as in the document , we have to share the username and password

Hi @supportsib - could you use a public folder instead of a shared mailbox? It will solve at least part of your issues.

It won't be suitable for a large group

Each Office 365 group comes with its owned shared calendar.

I creates an office 365 gorup and added two owners , but it is not added automatically to the outlook
Do I need to add manually ?
