Hi all,

I have created a 365 Group to use the shared calendar across Outlook (Office Professional Plus 2019) and our SharePoint site (Modern Experience), while testing this I've noticed occasionally when a calendar entry is deleted from Outlook it won't delete from Outlook itself, while it will have been removed from OWA & SharePoint. It seems to be related to doing something else (either within outlook or another program) while the entry is deleting. As this is successfully removed online, I can't seem to understand why this update doesn't sync to the Outlook program.

I've tried disabling 'Download shared folders', repairing the .nst files, the only way to remove this is deleting the .nst file or removing the account from Outlook and logging back in.

Does anyone know why this happens and if so, if there's a solution or workaround? (Other than waiting the few minutes for the entry to delete, it takes some time for something I believe should remove from the calendar instantly and make requests to delete online in the background) We're looking at rolling the calendar out to the rest of the business and this is currently causing some uncertainties.

(Sorry if this is in the wrong hub as most of this issue is with Outlook, but the fact it's the calendar I have an issue with is why I posted it here)

Thank you!
