How to manage office and available equipments

Hello guys,

I have to set up a shared office with a maximum capacity of 5 people and with equipment consisting of 5 laptops.

My aim is :

1) users cannot available to book shared office if it has reached the limit

2) users and their manager they must be able to see availability of this office (how many equipments are available)

 

Is it possibile ? How do you recommend proceeding?
