Appointment Recurrence options

For our business we have tasks that are due on a certain work day of the month, not a certain date of the month or day of the week.  I guess this is more of a suggestion than a question, but it would be nice if you had a recurrence option for a 5 day work week in addition to the 7 day normal week.  Does anyone have a work around for this?
