Live events log files privacy concerns

Hi Office 365 team,

Everybody that can create a live event is able to see the log files. In these log files details like when a person joined or left the event are captured. Normally we can solve this with a required training and policy but as every Yammer user can potentially create a live event we need to be able to make the log files only accessible by office 365 admins.

Are you aware of this issue? And are there any suggestions and plans to solve this?

Only users with the Office 365 global admin role or the Audit Logs role in Exchange Online can access the log files, and only once an admin turns on Office 365 audit log search on or off. @Michael Holste Thank you for your reply! Highly appreciated. I might have been not very clear so apologizes but I mean the attendee engagement report. That is available for every live event organizer and contains sensitive data about the attendee (e.g. joining, leaving the meeting etc.)
