Renew

Hi all,

We purchased some licenses from one vendor last year which are due to expire in a few days.

We have since renewed our licenses with a different vendor, however I can see the following from the "old license".

The subscription says "On, renews on ‎13/7/2024‎". 

Does this mean it will auto-renew on the 13th? Previously it would just have expired on the 13th.

While some software subscriptions will auto-renew others provide individual renewal control to the subscription owner. If you have purchased from a software vendor company, you should work with that company to cancel any previous subscriptions.   If you have access to your subscription (shows the status and auto renew), then they can follow the additional steps on the support doc to turn auto renew or recurring billing off.
