after created MSIX packages the session host become unavailable

1. create Package using MSIX packaging and generate a Certificate

2. Create VHDX and unpack it 

3 configure NTFS permission

4 add MSIX package 

5 create application group MSIX package 

6 the session host working a few minutes then become unavailable

This is something I expect to see if the package cannot be staged. Its by design. Based on our investigation staging failed due to the MSIX image (VHD) was having an unexpected folder structure.
