Process makepri.exe failed with exit code -2146958844

Hi,

I am trying to convert to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 client tools to MSIX. While converting the BO exe got installed successfully and while generating MSIX package got a 'Package preparation error'. Log file showing as Process makepri.exe failed with exit code -2146958844 (Unable to attach log file which is 8.5 MB)

Can someone help me to understand how to avoid the failure?

The error comes from an invalid package manifest.  Can you share the manifest from the packages?

Looks like there is a potential bug we are looking into here.
