I've been looking at the new support for services in MSIX and have a few questions!
- The captured services are visible outside of the container, e.g. via services.msc. Therefore do these services run inside or outside of the container?
- How are conflicts handled if multiple MSI and MSIX packages install the same service?
Here are my concerns if these services are not containerised/isolated:
- It might not be able to for a license service to read a license file from within the contents of an MSIX VFS folder.
- Installing or removing a package with the same service could break other applications.
