MSIX Packaging Tool: Certificate field goes away.

If you browse to an App-V package file as the "input" installer, the fields on that input page of the Packaging tool go away.

 

I find that I can enter the certificate information first and the converted package will be signed, but it is annoying to have to enter the data from the bottom up.

This will be fixed in the upcoming tool update next week.
