MSIX, hosted appInstaller not updating app

I have a Windows Desktop app installed via an hosted MSIX/.appInstaller file. I've installed the app from the URL, then I published an update. When I reopen the app an it goes to check for the update, I get this screen forever and the app never updates. I'm on Windows 11.
