To get an installer for the driver, you could go and buy a product called "Driver Magic". You install the full acrobat product and ask that tool to generate a driver from what was installed. I have heard that although acrobat doesn't separate out a installer for the driver, there is another Adobe product that uses the same driver version and does have a separate installer (I am not a lawyer and cannot advice if that is legal). Once you have a driver, it is best to treat it as an external dependency and deploy it with Mem/Intune for example. It is possible to copy the driver inside your package and use PsfLauncher to run a script to perform the install, but your end-user will need to satisfy a UAC prompt to do that install, so keeping as a separate dependency is preferred.
