MsixPackageTool.exe Access Denied

Hi,

I am trying to run MsixPackageTool.exe in administrative command line to create MSIX package. But I am getting Access Denied. 

 

Anyone know why getting Access Denied when trying to use  MsixPackageTool.exe in command line

This is protected windowsapps directory and users/admins does not have access to this, you need to launch the shortcut from startmenu to run the application.

Thank you Manish, Do you know how can I use it in command line? Need to install to other location or something?
