MSIX and VM

I have a current case I'm working on severity B. The client is using an evaluation copy of Windows 10 Enterprise edition, he has MSIX installed on that machine and has has created VM's using Hyper V and has packaged them. He wants to be able to use Hyper V and deploy VM's that he packaged in MSIX. Is this doable? I have attached a screen shot the client gave me. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

@errolrojas The typical cause is that Windows Update was disabled.

The customer should revert the VM, enable windows updates, start the packaging tool, and begin to create a package until the the point at which the driver is installed. Then close the packaging tool, turn off Windows Updates and disable it. Then take a new snapshot.

I might know where the customer can get some training...

This is great info Timothy. I was asking around and one person told me that his "D" drive is encrypted and that it might be causing problem(s).  Nonetheless, can you point me to that training you talk about? Thanks!
