I've packaged apps that are in .exe format and are available as a stand-alone. Now I need to package Office 2016 that has a range of files with different extensions. What should I actually package? See photo..

MSIX Packaging Tool is asking to choose the installer I want to package.

Similarly, I also want to package Visual Studio 2019 using MSIX Packaging tool.

Please assist.

Office and Visual Studio have very complex installers. I wouldn't recommend trying to convert them to MSIX, from what I see here MSFT does not either:

@Bogdan Mitrache Thanks for linking me to John. I'm interested to know if anything has changed since that post in 2019.
