Installing package with a service "Unknown Program"

MVP

When you install an MSIX package that has a service as a standard user, the UAC popup requesting permission labels the program needing permission as "Unknown Program".  'nuff said.

I had this issue a few weeks ago, but a few days later after I got the prompt, when I was about to file a bug with MSFT I couldn't reproduce it anymore :(. I didn't spend more time hunting it down.

Maybe you need some OS updates?

What was even worse is that the prompt had a field called "Verified Publisher" which listed Microsoft as the publisher of the package I built and signed with a test certificate. (Probably because the publisher information was extracted from the app installer OS client, and not from the package - see attachment)

I am seeing this on insider build 210320 today. I'll have to go back and check if this is just the preview appinstaller or if this also exists on 20H2.
It seems it's on 20H2 too (build 19042.867), I just noticed it again while trying to convert the Logitech G HUB Installer.
