Recovery of Hololens 2 Apps if device won't load correctly

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to recover any HoloLens 2 third party installed applications as my device(HL2) switches on, lights up however it does not get past the loading screen(windows logo). I have tried looking at the advanced recovery app however there does not seem to be any option to retrieve files on the device.

@DIt23232 I seem to have the same issue.  HL2 boots to Windows logo with the swirling balls underneath, and if I tap my wrist the screen blanks except for the right hand ray.

I followed the recovery process here with no luck, including using the companion to update the onboard software.
