licence agreement Error on starting up the Company's Hololens 2

Hi guys,

 

I am stuck at the startup of one of my company's Hololens 2, there is a screen where the system asks me to accept the License Agreement and even if I accept it always appears that "something went wrong", if I click on try again it always happens the same thing, if i click cancel back to the assistant asking for license agreement.

Does anyone know how to reset the device because they can't even get out of this screen.

just install Advanced Recovery Companion, plug your HL to PC and update it. Working fine now.

I have two solutions/workarounds.
1- Fastest but does not always work. If you get stuck in the loop. Take off the HoloLens, while looking at the power indicator lights, press and hold the power button (about 30 seconds) until all the lights are off. Release the power button. Wait at least 30 seconds for HoloLens to do a complete shutdown. Next, press the power button to start HoloLens. It should take you back to the license acceptance screen and you should be able to proceed from there.
2- Slower (must download the FFU image) but so far has worked on those devices that failed the number one workaround. Go download a >4 gig image file (you must unzip it somewhere) https://aka.ms/hololens2download . Next, from the Microsoft store install the Microsoft Advanced Recovery Companion tool to your PC where you downloaded the file. Connect your HoloLens 2 to the computer via USB cable and ensure HoloLens device is ON. Run the Advanced Recovery Companion tool, (note it should detect your HoloLens, click to select) and then use the MANUAL install where you will select the downloaded/unzipped FFU image file. Takes about 5-10 minutes to install the latest version of Windows to HoloLens. From here you setup HoloLens normally.
