Hi guys,
I am stuck at the startup of one of my company's Hololens 2, there is a screen where the system asks me to accept the License Agreement and even if I accept it always appears that "something went wrong", if I click on try again it always happens the same thing, if i click cancel back to the assistant asking for license agreement.
Does anyone know how to reset the device because they can't even get out of this screen.

just install Advanced Recovery Companion, plug your HL to PC and update it. Working fine now.
