Hololens2 Issue After Reset

I recently did a factory reset of my HoloLens2 to reset account information.  The reset seemed successful and it started the basic setup (language selection through network login).  After I put in my wifi information and continued, it doesn't do anything.  I can get finger pointers, so the unit is still running but it will not respond to the wrist menu and it doesn't prompt me for any other setup.  If I reboot it, it prompts me to select wifi and then same issue.

 

Any advice?

Hi, have you do hard reset or reflash the system ROM image?
