HoloLens2 can't open the setting app

Hello guys

My HoloLens2 can't open the setting app, but other apps work. When I tap "setting" icon, the setting app tile will show but then gets stuck, like this

now I can't connect to WIFI, query the IP address and not able to open the Windows Device Portal.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks for you!

Is Issue solved?
If its not solved, please try below steps:
-If your voice activation enable, try to open from cortona
-Connect with Desktop HoloLens app & open the settings from there
-Try open the Web Portal from Browser

Thanks for reply! Now I'm able to open Device Portal !

But when I wanted to start the setting app from Desktop HoloLens app or Device Portal, it said that "Failed to start package xxxxxxxx", maybe I need to replace the setting app package for the next step.
