Visor does not display anything and PC does not detect Hololens device.
In terms of battery LEDs indicator. Only one LED dot is on all the time. It does not matter how long I charge only the first LED is on. Original 18W charger was used to charge and I left headset for overnight charge.
Also, when I hold power button, after few second the first LED just blink once and nothing change.
I have tried Hard Reset procedure and nothing happen. Manual recovery does not start as well. Honestly whatever I try is pointless the device is completely unresponsive.
Are there any other action I can take to solve this?
