Hololens 2 Remote Push

Hey all. I'm looking for a way to remotely push apps to the Hololens 2. I know that Windows Device Portal works over the same network but I was wondering if there was a method to deploy apps when the hololens and deployment device are connected to different networks. Any advice helps!

@acarruth I haven't worked a lot with Device Portal at this level, but it seems like the sort of question the folks over on the Q&A channel might have a good answer for!

I know the Device Portal actually has a REST API, I've seen people do some wild things with that before. That could come in handy for this sort of thing :)
