Can Viva Topics help to build a Wikipedia on ServiceNow articles? How would it work?
What happens when you have a Viva Topics alternate name used on different Topics?
What happens if you have several topics starting with the same word (ex: Ford Escape, Ford Explore, Ford Bronco...) and you type the first word in a SharePoint page (Ford)? Would it present a topic card? Do you have to create a meta topic (Ford) and connect it to other topics (Ford Escape, For Explore...)
Will it be possible in the future to set permissions on Topics, so, for example, only the sales team can work/curate on sales topics, and only the marketing team can work/curate on marketing topics?
