Viva Licensing

Frequent Visitor

Hello,

Is Viva going to be licensed only through a separate purchase or will It be parte o M365 E3 / E5 ?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Viva will be a part of F1, E3. However, there are four parts of Viva (Microsoft EXP), and only community is the one that can be fully used by having F1/E3 (AFAIK). For further use of the features and solutions, you will need Syntax and Workplace Analytics. Yours sincerely, Aref Halmstrand

@Pedro Araújo

For Viva Topics they announced in the meantime concrete pricing information.

See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-viva/topics?activetab=pivot:faqtab

For the Learning & Connections element you can just register yourself to get more details.

Regarding Insights the following page says (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/insights/teams-app):

To have access to the Viva Insights app, you will need an Exchange Online license.

But I'm not sure if that is the only dependency.
