We have some customers who don't have an LMS but are considering Viva Learning as a "lightweight" LMS substitute. As a consequence I have a question around the functionality:
We understand that a Team can be created (e.g. company wide) and one or more learning course courses recommended to the Team. Therefore a team (or channel) could be created for each learning persona and courses recommended? And the person making the recommendation can track whether the course has been completed? Is this correct? If so, can the recommender draw a report to see the status by team member?
