"Your Mailbox Hasn't Made it to the Cloud Yet"

I'm working with someone who is receiving a strange error message for Vivia Insights when visiting https://myanalytics.microsoft.com. They receive a message that "Your Mailbox Hasn't made it to the Cloud Yet" and to contact IT who will help them out. But IT doesn't quite know how to help them out. Any ideas for how to help them, based on limited information?

I got the same thing and have no clue why I'm getting this message.


Any luck fixing it?

I had the same issue. My admin investigated and found that my mailbox was configured as a Shared Mailbox. He changed that, I now it started collecting data.
