To Do tasks disappeared after reinstallation

I reinstalled the windows after that I installed to do app on fresh windows 10 but I can not see my previous tasks that were added. I thought they are automatically stored on cloud. Is there any way to recover them?

also note that my ToDo App was connected to my microsoft accound
