Sync requirements

I have To-Do enabled tenant-wide, have a To-Do license and an ExO mailbox/license but not on my To-Do's are syncing from the mobile app to the web app or Outlook.  Any ideas as to why it's not syncing?  I'm logged in using my work account in all instances.

Please use the in-app support contact form on the affected device to open a support ticket with us so we can work with you directly and also get a copy of your Session ID, which is likely to reveal what's affecting sync.
