Shockingly poor customer service from Microsoft Data Production Team

It's hard to get help from Microsoft when something doesn't work.

 

Two weeks ago, I contacted the Microsoft Customer Service team for help resetting my business email password.

 

I got the directions via email but it doesn't work. I've called them over 10 times for technical assistance since 5 days ago. My call was picked up by the customer support team and forwarded to the Microsoft data production team. Every time I was told "Please wait, our assigned engineer will call you as soon as possible." Their data production teamer even hung up my call.

 

wait... wait... wait... wait... no call back. Their data production teamer even hung up my call when I chase them to give me a resolution.

 

Can you imagine someone losing access to their business email for about two weeks? No reply to your boss. No reply to business partners. No reply to colleagues. My supervisor even gave me an absenteeism warning.

 

So far, all they've done is waste time.
