O365 E3 To-Do

Hi, I have enabled To-Do for a couple of user to see if its something we want from our E3 license but cannot see the app in the list of apps.  If the users go into Sharepoint and then into their apps they do not see it listed like Teams and Streams are.  Is there another option I need to select to make it appear ?

@Hersh205 No, but to be honest we probably will not use it, I just wanted to know in case I was asked to deploy it.  I'll query it with a ticket soon probably.
