Moving my to do list to my new work account

My company has been bought by a larger entity and we have all had our email addresses changed to the domain of the new entity. If I log in to MS To Do with the new address my To Do List is empty. How do I migrate my old to do list entries to my new email address?

Not sure if it will work. I will be trying.
Use outlook desktop to export data from one account and import into the new account.
